A privacy-first mobile web app that helps people experiencing homelessness — and the outreach workers, shelter staff, and volunteers who assist them — quickly find and navigate to the right services in Denver. No account, no tracking, no data stored.
Denver has no walk-in emergency shelter. Only three municipal shelters exist, each with complex, specific intake processes that most people don't understand. People get turned away not because there's no space, but because they showed up at the wrong time, without the right context, or didn't know the intake rules.
Field Compass explains the real intake rules so people stop getting turned away.
The app guides users through a 4-step question wizard — what do you need, who are you helping, any barriers, how urgent — and returns a ranked, filtered list of matching resources. Each resource card shows real intake processes, eligibility requirements, tappable phone numbers, and Google Maps directions.
