WilliamLodge.com is a professional portfolio and project hub operated by William Lodge. This page explains the limited information the site may process.

Analytics

The production site may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic and site performance. Analytics may process device, browser, approximate location, referral, and usage information according to Google's policies. Analytics is disabled on non-production hosts.

Contact submissions

When you use the contact form, the site stores the name, email address, organization, message, timeline, budget range, submission time, and delivery status needed to respond. A one-way hash derived from the requesting IP address is temporarily used for abuse prevention; the raw address is not stored by the contact application.

Retention

Contact information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. You may request correction or deletion unless retention is legally required.

External services

Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, project sites, and other services lead to independently operated websites with their own privacy practices. This site does not control those services.

Sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, API keys, account credentials, health records, government identification numbers, or private information belonging to another person through the contact form.
